RECYCLE
The usefulness of a tree doesn’t end when it comes down. Branches, limbs, and untreated wood can all gain a second life through mulching and composting. This process contributes to environmental preservation and sustainability by lowering the demand on our forests and minimizing waste.
REUSE
Wood can be reused to make new products. Wood can be chipped or shredded to create mulch, which is an eco-friendly way to repurpose old wood for a new use. Wood that is composted makes excellent compost and soil amendments, which conserves water, reduces erosion and lessens or eliminates the need for chemical fertilizers.
